Soft and sweet by nature, Jay finished his championship breeder/owner handled with 4 majors and multiple BOB wins. He was a moderate sized dog with beautiful bone, great shoulder layback, and effortless movement from any direction. He passed a very challenging WC on his first try and was also a United Kennel Club High In Trial winner.
Jay was an intelligent, kind, intuitive dog. He was my wilderness partner, my best friend, and my greatest loss. I loved Jay more than I could ever put into words on this website. He was a dog who knew my every wish, my every dream, my every mood--the dog who guarded my secrets and shared my passions. I cherished every single day with him, and I have no regrets.
Jay was out of the YAHTARIS "MOON" litter and is named after the sixth moon of Saturn, Janus.
